This article discusses the surgical management of an advanced case of Peyronie's disease in a 53-year-old patient, characterised by a dorsal curvature exceeding 100°. It details the impact of the condition on the patient's quality of life and the solutions available to restore functionality and relieve pain through plaque excision, grafting, or penile prosthesis implantation.
